Yoga Basics and Intermediate
Basics and Intermediate yoga classes inspired by the teacher trainings which have done with Hart Lazer, internationally recognized as teacher of yoga teachers. Students in these classes will practice intensely with 5 different group Asana such as Standing, Forward-bending, Back-bending, Twisting and Inversion.
- What do we learn in the Basics class?
Learning the fundamental of each Asana group through the correct body alignment, developing the body strengths, and train the mind into the body sensations.”The correct body alignment are used to prevent any injuries and to recover any part of bodies which out of their function”. Our school considered the correct alignment from the basics level, and continue to use it at any next level of asana practice.
- What do we learn in the Intermediate class?
Students will be learned the emphasis of 5 different Asana group, trained through the intermediate level of these group, and continuing to develop the body strength and focused mind. This class will focus intensely to balance the physical and mental level which bring student to a healthy lifestyle, free of illness and stress.
Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. Student will be taught part by part of Primary Series, which will be modified every practice.
Vinyasa classes are energetic, fun and challenging sessions, taught in a flowing sequence with a continued emphasis on accurate body alignment. These classes are for students whom are already in a path to a steady and a well-rounded practice and are looking to move on, with a strenuous routine while maintaining, safety as priority.
Restorative Yoga balances the weekly practice and has an enormous capacity to heal physical and mental symptoms that are stress related. It is the yoga class which required to use props and the sequences will be focus on passive stretch, without muscular contraction involved and fully relaxed in each posture.
