In this class you will be taught the fundamental poses practiced at the studio. These classes will help you bring precision to your new or existing yoga practice.
Appropriate for newcomers and students who want to learn poses from the ground up. these classes get you ready for all other classes offered in the studio. A must if you are new with us!
This class is great for students who want to deepen their practice and refine their skills, while paying attention to alignment details. You will learn to build capacity to stay in poses for longer holds giving you the opportunity to listen to the body.
Vinyasa classes are energetic, fun and challenging sessions, taught in a flowing sequence with a continued emphasis on accurate body alignment. These classes are for students whom are already in a path to a steady and a well-rounded practice and are looking to move on with a strenuous routine while maintaining, safety as priority.
Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. Student will be taught the Primary Series in a step by step manner which will be modified based on the student’s level.
Restorative Yoga is a necessary counter balance to the weekly active practice, and has an enormous capacity to ease symptoms of stress. In this class you will use various props and the sequences will be focused on passive release, and awareness of breath.
Community Yoga class designed to be accessible to all. We create this class based on donation fee for everyone in Siem Reap and all travelers to practice yoga in our wonderful studio. This 60 minute class incorporates different aspects of asana (postures) as well as restorative and meditation.
